Chef Jose Garces, in response to Kimmel Center President & CEO Anne Ewers, along with the widespread congratulations for his restaurant, Volvér, which just received a coveted five-star rating from Forbes Travel Guide. Volvér, located on the Kimmel Center campus, was the only Philadelphia restaurant to be recognized in its category and one of only 56 restaurants ever to receive this rating.
