2013 Richard Tucker Award winner Isabel Leonard is that rare mezzo-soprano who 'sings with beguiling tenderness in moments of composure, but whose voice throbs with penetrating intensity' (The New York Times). Guitarist Sharon Isbin has been hailed as the 'Monet of the classical guitar...a master colorist' (Atlanta Journal Constitution) of extraordinary lyricism, technique and versatility. The duo's Kimmel Center debut collaboration is a match made en cielo as these two dynamic American performers present a program from Spain's musical pantheon of works for guitar and voice.

Program length: 1 hour and 50 minutes
6:45-7:30pm: Free Pre-concert Lecture in the Comcast Circle [Tier I]: Christine Anderson
