Mike Raymond is a 20 year old guitarist and composer. Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Raymond has studied with guitarists Kevin Hanson, Greg Kettinger, Matt Davis, and Tim Motzer. He participated in the summer jazz camp at the Kimmel Center all four years of high school. He currently attends Temple University studying jazz guitar performance and plays in the Temple University Jazz Band directed by Terell Stafford. Raymond also released his debut album of original music, The Oncoming Storm, in November of 2021. He continues his musical journey by participating in a variety of projects in the Philadelphia area.
