Overview

The PYO Music Institute presents Philadelphia Youth Orchestra’s 82nd Annual Festival Concert, under the direction of Louis Scaglione.

The program will begin with Guilmant’s Symphony No. 2, with Wanamaker Grand Court Organist, Peter Richard Conte. David Kim, Concertmaster of The Philadelphia Orchestra, will then join the orchestra to perform Felix Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto. The concert will conclude with Holst’s The Planets.

We invite you to join us for this very special performance, performed by the premiere student youth orchestra in the tri-state region.
