GRAMMY-winning violinist Hilary Hahn, known for her dynamic style, joins conductor William Eddins and the Orchestra for Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto. The son of a Navy man, Claude Debussy confided to a friend that he was once intended “for the noble career of a sailor and have only deviated from that path thanks to the quirks of fate.” Debussy explores a “sincere devotion to the sea” in his wondrous La Mer.
