The School District of Philadelphia Presents
The Annual All-Philadelphia Middle School Instrumental Music Festival
The All City Middle School Concert Band, String Orchestra and Jazz Band feature over 200 students from 39 schools across the district. Conductors Bruce Herrmann (Concert Band), Matthew Roberts, (String Orchestra) and Benjamin DiBartolo (Jazz Band) will take the stage followed by a special combined finale.

PHILADELPHIA – on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 7:00 PM The School District of Philadelphia’s Office of The Arts and Academic Enrichment in partnership with the Kimmel Center presents “All-Philadelphia Middle School Instrumental Music Festival” at the Merriam Theater.
The annual All-Philadelphia Music Festival programs, affectionately known as “All City”, is an over 60-year celebration of music education in the Philadelphia public schools. The All City Middle School Concert Band, String Orchestra and Jazz Band feature over 200 students from 39 schools across the district. Conductors Bruce Herrman (Concert Band), Matthew Roberts, (String Orchestra) and Benjamin DiBartolo (Jazz Band) will conduct followed by a special combined finale. All three conductors are School District of Philadelphia itinerant instrumental music teachers.
